WELCOME to Viva Vertical's STAGE - a centre for the latest extreme dance and fitness programs with international recognition.

It is unique in Malaysia for being the first center to offer Aerial Arts, FLY Yoga and TRX suspension training from the USA; alongside our most popular offering: ExoticPole and FitPole Dancing.

STAGE has three outstanding rooms: the Ivory Room used for Dance and Fitness classes, the Cove used for sensual Burlesque classes and private functions, the Theatre used for rehearsals, productions and shoots.

STAGE has the added advantage of being based in the heart of KL, with great public transport linkage from Medan Tuanku and Dang Wangi.
