Aerial Arts

Aerial Arts is the latest form of dance and fitness involving equipment such as Hoop, Rope, Fabric and Trapeze often attached to ceilings or solid high structures.

It gained popularity from the West in 1970s and has been made famous for its beauty and elegance by the Cirque du Soleil. For the first time, it will be made accessible to the people of Malaysia by the Aerial Arts Academy.

Aerial Arts is a great way to keep our bodies fit, healthy and slim. A single session of Aerial Arts will burn calories, tone up and is so effective at maintaining a beautiful body that gyms across the world are now offering aerial arts inspired training.
