A dance workout based on burlesque that celebrates the feminine form. Fitness focus is on conditioning the body in particular, toning of the thighs, bum and tummies.
No dance experience is neccessary as qualified instructors will guide beginners step by step to experience the power of fundamental burlesqeu dance steps such as "shimmies", "hip dips" and "fan legs". Props such as feather boas, canes, top hats, chair, fans may be used in the courses.
